Did you miss weekend worship? Join us on Mondays at 6 p.m. in the nave for a study of Romans followed by sung Evening Prayer.
St. Matt’s Diner is open for supper on Wednesday from 5:15 – 5:45 p.m. Cost is $4 per person ages 5 and older. Free for 4 and under. Please RSVP by Tuesday to ythdirect@gmail.com or 520-9388.
Crossways Bible Study looks Unit 10 on Wednesday at 6 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall or at 10 a.m. on Thursday in the library. Visitors are encouraged.
Confirmation Instruction for 6th-8th graders is from 7:00-8:00 p.m.
Our Observance of the National Day of Prayer is Thursday, May 2, at 12 noon in the nave. Join us for lessons, psalms, hymns, and prayers for national, state, and local leaders.
Cantate Sunday is May 5th! Most of our musical groups and ensembles will be featured on the two Sunday Eucharists. It’s a wonderful celebration you won’t want to miss.

Social Ministry Team urges everyone to give $5 in memory of or in honor of your mother and other important women in your life. Money will be sent to Church World Service to distribute blankets to the global poor. Order forms are in the Commons. A list of those remembered or honored will be in the Mother’s Day weekend bulletins.
The Feast of the Ascension of our Lord is Thursday, May 9. Join in the celebration at either noon or 7pm in the nave!
As you are able, bring Mama to worship on the weekend of May 11-12. We will give longstem roses to the women in attendance at worship.
New Member Orientation for Lutheran transfers and those new to the Lutheran church is Saturday, May 25, from 9-11:30a.m. Please register for the class by emailing dcapozio@stmatthewsch.org
